Now headquartered in the UK, 12 Peers Consultants Ltd. (“12Peers”) was originally formed & established in Canada in 2016. The creation of the company stemmed from the founder’s professional experience in both private, retail & institutional finance sectors. ‘12Peers’ is derived from the medieval history of The Paladins, known as the foremost committed warriors of Charlemagne's court. Albeit that these are mythological warriors they were also referred to as ‘The Twelve Peers’ and were considered the elite knights - the corps d'elite. They were the French equivalent to Arthur's Knights of the Round Table and each represented a certain fighting skill set & ethical traits. 12Peers is a company built on these basic values: unwavering in our commitment to earning the faith & trust of our clients & corporate partners.

The company consists of a cross-disciplinary team of former retail & institutional securities professionals. Like any company we are not perfect, but we always strive for tactical efficiency in the quest of positive results. With our 120+ years of combined experience in securities trading, digital assets, insurance services, financial planning & investment management, we continually examine how to mitigate risk and maximize progress. Since 2016 we’ve been providing our clients and peers with qualified professional referrals, institutional contacts, private markets expertise, business planning, customized funding plans, banking consultation & qualified capital introductions. Our due diligence, global networking and compliance experience is extensive and well developed.
