CapGen Holdings:
October 19, 2023 - CapGen Holdings of the UK and Singapore has provided an update to investors/note holders. The company is currently dealing with one Dubai based entity that has breached the trade contract with CapGen. This matter is now being dealt with via the ICC and other updates are pending.
Sept 5th, 2023 - CapGen Holdings of the UK and Singapore still has not provided it’s clients with any contractual repayment of principal or interest from their total mismanagement of ‘Noteholder Funds’. The CapGen Secured Note is in default since October 2021. CapGen diverted funds from the alleged secure account to a third party account in Dubai, completely in breach of the Noteholder Agreement. Millions have been lost and Noteholders are in limbo. CapGen updates are infrequent and lack any substance.
